How do I check materials, sizes and finishes?
Open the product page and review its description and available options. Choose the size and finish before adding a variable product to your bag. Email info@hymnandco.com with the product link if a detail you need is missing.
What currency are prices shown in?
The store uses Canadian dollars (CAD). Review any shipping charges, taxes and the final total at checkout before placing your order.
Where are my saved pieces kept?
The wishlist remembers pieces in this browser on this device. It does not automatically carry across browsers or synchronize with an account. Clearing browser storage clears the saved list.
How do I check an order?
Use the order number from your confirmation and the email address used at checkout on the order tracking page. A status is not a carrier delivery scan; use any carrier link supplied for shipment updates.
How do I ask about a return or damaged item?
Email info@hymnandco.com with the order number, product and a description of the issue. See returns and exchanges before sending an item back.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Follow the instructions for your piece. Start with our jewellery care guide and ask us before trying a cleaner that may affect its material or finish.
